The museum has been anticipating the arrival of a new, custom-made, Japanese glass float case since the beginning of summer. This case replaces our antique case, which was unsafe. Two grant awards; one from the Lincoln County Cultural Coalition for $1,300, and one from Trust Management Services for $4,500, helped to pay for the case. It arrived on Friday, August 25th, and will be set up with a redesigned collection of floats in the next couple of weeks.
